- Provide Paperwork (this may be accomplished either via fax, email, or online, depending on the MLS and provider).
- Submit Photos (this may be accomplished through uploading them to a server or sent as an attachment via email).
- Get Listing Activated (View your Flat Rate MLS Listing live within 24 to 48 hours of submission of all necessary paperwork. Your MLS listing can be viewed on: Realtor.com* Thousands of Realtors will have access to your local Flat Fee MLS listing as soon as the broker affiliate Realtor enters the listing info into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database).
